American Prudential Capital, Inc. is a 19-year-old factoring services company whose headquarters are in Houston, Texas. American Prudential Capital is seeking to place an Independent Representative in the Dallas and Fort Worth area. The opportunity is open for the entire north Texas area and can expand, based on performance.

The selected Independent Representative’s responsibilities will include soliciting new clients for American Prudential Capital’s factoring services and managing American Prudential Capital’s existing client relationships in the Dallas and Fort Worth areas. American Prudential Capital has strong banking relationships whereby American Prudential Capital provides factoring services for bank clients. American Prudential Capital is seeking to expand those relationships as well as it’s own portfolio of commercial factoring clients.

The Independent Representative selected will have relevant experience and education built upon strong personal credibility and business ethics. American Prudential Capital is a values-based company whose purpose is to enhance value for our clients, our employees and our stakeholders. We adhere to the highest standards of conduct and accountability.

Compensation for the selected Independent Representative will be based on fees collected from the existing clients and new clients added by the Independent Representative on an ongoing “annuity” basis. American Prudential Capital staff will fully train the selected candidate and provide all marketing materials necessary to successfully represent our services at no cost to the selected candidate. (Candidate will be responsible for travel to and accommodations in Houston, Texas for the training sessions, which usually last from 3 to 5 days.)
